Andrea MacLean, CHRP – Managing Director
A skilled HR Advisor for 20 years, Andrea has a passion for Coaching, Recruitment, Employment Law, and Risk Mitigation. A Certified Human Resources Professional, Andrea studied at York University in the Bachelor, Human Resources Mgmt. program, and is a Certified Facilitator for the Achieve Global Leadership Development Series and Korn/Ferry 360 Feedback Assessments.
Andrea draws upon her educational experiences to support her clients, but believes that her most valuable learnings have come from practical experience and her resourceful partnerships. She enjoys giving back to her community as the Marketing Director for the BWGMHA Executive Board, and through providing workshops and HR coaching through the York Small Business Centre and the Business Enterprise Resource Network.
Our Individual Partners are multi-talented collaborators, that use their unique professional backgrounds and experience working in a wide variety of industries, in order to build on the client’s strengths and achieve customized solutions.
